ACCOUNTANT

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides expertise on various finance works such as:

Accounting (General, Cost Inventory, Fixed Asset and Payroll)
Compliance (BIR, SEC, SSS, HDMF and PHIC)
Treasury (Cash Management, Billing & Collection and Payables & Disbursement)

Prepares financial reports required by government agencies and management; and regularly report on the financial status of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
With atleast (6) months working experience in the related field
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

GENERAL FACILITIES AND DESIGN ENGINEERING ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures continUous and efficient operation in building facility and premises by implementting the following:

Routine preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting and repair

QUALIFICATIONS

Vocational or College undergrad related to air conditioning and refrigeration system
Preferably with TESDA certification (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing NCII)
With previous training or work experience in facililties and machine maintenance & troubleshooting in a manufacturing company

NIHONGO INTERPRETER-TRANSLATOR

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures effective communication between Nihongo-speaking personnel and non-Nihongo-speaking personnel and that documents needing translation are translated accurately and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

college level
knowledgeable in Katakana, Hiragana, Kanji
preferably with training/working experience on Nihongo translation and interpretation
proficient in MS Excel & MS Word, Adobe PDF
at least JLPT level 3
